Leadership and growth
In crisis
Leadership and growth in war and crisis, it can be worse, but also the opposite. You can be the best version of yourself, as if you started from scratch (seed) better, smarter, more effective.
A new "operating system" for the organization during wartime and the destruction of sacred cows
We will push hard where others let up, create ruthless priorities, and practice optimism because pessimism is not a work plan.
"We combine leadership tools and strengthening the awareness of capability - instead of the situation being paralyzing."
Business development and innovation up to the resolution of examining the revenue and profitability model, searching for "fast-flowing water" (untapped opportunities) and innovation
Training managers as those responsible for the bottom line.
Leadership and growth is critical and possible even in times of war.

Entrepreneurship without filters
The unfunded reality:
In an era where every failure is edited before it goes online, and every success is measured by how many likes or donations – it seems like we have all become actors in a well-scripted movie. But behind the screens and branded T-shirts, a whole life is happening. Deep. Complex. Painful. Real.
Entrepreneurs fall. Female entrepreneurs survive. There are days without pay, nights without sleep, moments without answers.
And we ask – when was the last time we really talked about this?
Why only success stories get a stage
Because fear. Because ego. Because it seems like if we admit that it's hard - they won't invest in us, they won't appreciate us, they won't believe in us. But the truth? That's precisely where true inspiration begins.
Entrepreneurship is not just about "exit" stories. It's also about survival. Building something from nothing. Holding on when everything around you is shaking. Staying true when everyone else is trying to be perfect.
So we decided to open it.
A new lecture series called "The Unfunded Reality" - a safe, living, breathing space, where entrepreneurs take the stage and don't tell how successful they are. But how they survive. How they almost gave up - and yet got up in the morning. How to deal with failures, deficits, loneliness, fear, and existential questions that begin long before raising A.
No presentations. No false presentations. And no masks.

The lecture has a version for both men and women - Winning differently
